JeevanFit provides a digital weight-management programme in India.

Account information: your name, email and phone number if used. Health and lifestyle answers you give us: age, height, weight, weight goal, food preferences, allergies, injuries and health flags, and exercise preference.

Usage information: meal, workout, water and weight logs, reminder settings and time zone. Payment records: Razorpay order/payment IDs and status. We never see or store your card or UPI details.

We use this information to create your meal and workout plan, track progress, process payment, support you, keep the service secure and comply with law. Our basis is your consent under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable IT Act requirements. Sensitive health information is used only to deliver the service.

Your answers may be processed by AI service providers to generate your plan; we send only what is needed. We share necessary information with Razorpay and hosting, database, email and AI providers acting for us, or when legally required. We never sell your personal information.

We retain information while your account is active, then delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period unless law requires retaining payment records. We use access controls, encrypted connections and restricted access to reduce risk. No online service can promise absolute security.

You may request access, correction or erasure, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Withdrawing consent may prevent us from providing parts of the programme.

We respond to requests within 30 days. Grievance contact details, when provided, are listed above.

The service is for adults aged 18 or over, not children. We use essential cookies/local storage for sign-in, security and app preferences, plus analytics only if enabled. We may update this policy and show the revised effective date here.
